The Red Deer Synchronized Swim Club (RDSSC) is a non-profit registered society that has been a member of the aquatic community since 1987. We are the only synchronized swim club in Central Alberta. Our Board of Directors and active parent support group hold monthly meetings, focusing on developing programs and exploring avenues for sustainable funding. Parents are encouraged to attend monthly meetings.
RDSSC provides girls and women the opportunity to learn the sport of synchronized swimming in a safe supportive environment, learning and developing skills, while promoting self esteem and leadership.
We expect our athletes to take away the skills they’ve learned and apply them to their daily lives. We hope to have swimmers enter RDSSC at an early level and remain with us until they graduate from high school and beyond.

RDSSC provides quality programming to encompass all levels of synchronized swimming to the City of Red Deer and surrounding areas including Bowden, Innisfail, Lacombe and Sylvan Lake.
We offer four programs: Aquasquirts, Recreation, Adult, Competitive, as well as Summer Camps. Our competitive athletes attend provincial and national events. Our recreational athletes perform at our Christmas and Year End Water Show.
Our national level Head Coach is instrumental in the success of our club.
We also employ several assistant coaches whose contributions are essential to our competitive, recreation, and summer programs.
